We're recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business in Reading. This is an excellent entry-level recruitment role for a graduate or someone with telephone sales or customer-facing experience who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.

No prior recruitment experience is required - full training is provided.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to run the recruitment process end to end, including:

• Candidate sourcing via phone calls, LinkedIn and job boards
• Telephone screening and interviewing candidates
• Building strong client and candidate relationships
• Supporting senior Recruitment Consultants on live vacancies
• Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
• Working in a target-driven, sales-focused environment

This role suits someone confident on the phone who enjoys business development and relationship building.

You may be suitable if you have experience in:

• Telephone sales, B2B sales, B2C sales or customer service
• A graduate looking for a commercial career
• A sales executive or entry-level sales role wanting progression
