Winner Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their construction team running a Temp desk. Based at our modern and newly refurbished office in Barnsley Town Centre you will be joining a successful, fun, friendly and hardworking team.

You will need to have experience of setting up and managing a temps desk, this will include new business, client visits, candidate attraction and monthly billing.

The duties of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Managing and developing an existing client database.
  • Developing new business through visits, calls and emails.
  • Building good working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Working towards set targets and KPIs.
  • Promoting the company brand through networking.
  • Attending client meetings both new and existing.
  • Meeting candidate face to face and interviewing daily.
  • Making daily sales calls to gain new business.
  • Negotiating with clients on fees and rates.
  • Forecasting of future sales.
  • Writing and adverting of positions on various job boards.

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have:

  • Experience within an outbound telephone sales role.
  • The ability to make sales calls and generate new business.
  • The ability to learn and undertake a 360-degree recruitment role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The drive and desire to make money.

The hours of work are Monday Friday 8am 4pm / 9am 5pm

The salary for this role will depend on experience, commission is also uncapped.
