We are growing and are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bromley office.
You will be provided with the training needed to become successful in the recruitment industry.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Consultant.
- We will train you to help in finding candidates in their next role and help clients find the perfect candidate.
- This will involve speaking with candidates/clients over the phone, writing adverts, arranging interviews etc.
- Update details of existing candidates
- Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates
- Match candidates to suitable live vacancies.
- Source suitable candidates for live vacancies.
- Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants
- Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission
- Preparing and issuing documentation
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Highly motivated.
- Thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
