As a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Generate New Business: Establish long-lasting relationships with prospective clients (who are local and national companies in your specialist market) through various sales activities, such as outbound calls, prospective emails and video messaging. Alongside our Talent Development team, you will learn to deploy sales techniques and manage sales conversations.
  • Engagement: Provide strategic talent/hiring support to your clients, by sourcing the best candidates from the market and deploying tailored talent attraction tactics. You will conduct face to face candidate interviews, to ensure you are creating the highest quality shortlists, then manage the interview process.
  • Influence and Negotiate: Leveraging Search's market reputation, you will ensure your clients have exceptional talent for their teams, while providing your candidates with a variety of opportunities. You will learn to skilfully negotiate terms of business.
  • Targets and Performance: Throughout your career, you will work towards various set financial targets (fulfilled by filling client vacancies) to hit promotion criteria and gain commission.
