Description
- Assist in the development of templates and systems used to generate business correspondence (letter, documents etc)
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems.
- Collaborate with the Technology team to deliver project objectives.
- Analyse technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Ensure all work aligns with the organisation's standards and practices.
- Document processes and provide technical reports as needed.
- Engage in professional development to enhance technical skills.
Profile
Must haves:
- Previous experience in a job role
- A Degree in an IT related subject
- MS Word
- Strong communication skills
