We are working on behalf of our client, a vibrant and growing company within the logistics industry, to find enthusiastic individuals for their General Office Trainee positions.
No previous experience is required. Full on-the-job training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a fun and supportive office environment.
What you will learn and do:
- Use the company's operating system to assist your department with booking shipments
- Communicate with customers in the UK and overseas
- Prepare shipping quotes
- Arrange deliveries using internal transport and third-party carriers
- Support management with general day-to-day office tasks
Who we are looking for:
- Confident using Outlook for professional emails and attachments
- Basic knowledge of Excel and internet research
- Good telephone manner and clear communication (English as first language)
- Organised, reliable and able to multitask
- Keen to learn about logistics and develop within the company
Experience is not necessary. This role is ideal for a college leaver or someone eager to build a career in an engaging office setting.
