Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
- Manage the behaviour in the classroom in the teachers absence ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Supervise preplanned work set by the subject leader
- Be a positive influence to students
- Ensure the standards of safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom are met
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with children in some capacity (doesn't have to be in a classroom)
- A Bachelor's degree in any subject/experience working as a cover supervisor
- Effective communicator
- Patient and approachable
