Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting energy assessments of new domestic builds.
- Assisting in the production of energy performance certificates (EPCs).

- Working alongside experienced energy assessors to carry out surveys, gather data, and compile reports.
- Learning and applying relevant regulations and standards in the energy assessment field.
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practices.
What the Ideal Candidate will:
- Knowledge or experience of SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) for energy assessments is essential.
- A strong interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and the environment.
