The Trainee Solar Electrician role will include:
- Installing solar panels and additional systems such as EV chargers, power diverters, and EPS sockets- all enhancing the functionality of solar systems.
- Ensuring proper electrical connections between solar panels, inverters, and the main power system to facilitate efficient energy transfer.
- Handling complex electrical systems such as backup batteries or power storage.
- Senior engineers mentor new starters, ensuring they learn the most effective best practices.
- This is a national mobile position, so will likely involve long days and travelling afar or staying away Monday to Friday on average every 1 in 6 weeks.

Trainee Solar Electrician Requirements:
As mentioned at the top of the advert, successful applicants will hold their AM2 electrotechnical qualification. (This is a non negotiable).
You will also have a manual drivers license.
