An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing business for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team. We are looking for a proactive, talented and ambitious individual to join our expanding team. The role will involve working closely with one of our seasoned Quantity Surveyors .

This is an excellent opportunity within our company for the successful candidate to gain comprehensive experience across all stages of our projects. Your duties will include managing site budgets, calculating and submitting project variations, conducting site visits to monitor subcontractor activities and validate payments, and working closely with site teams and clients. This position will also help you develop a strong understanding of procurement and commercial management.

You should have a strong interest in the construction industry and be willing to work towards an apprenticeship degree in Quantity Surveying.Candidates will be considered with our without contruction experience.

We are open to applications from all candidates educated to a minimum of A level standard or equivalent. You will need to have experience and an interest in the construction industry and willing to work towards an apprenticeship degree in Quantity Surveying. With the ability to apply yourself in a professional manner, with the eagerness to learn from your peers, you ll have excellent communication skills with the drive to learn and the ambition to build and progress on your career with Lovell.
