- Requires thoroughness, resourcefulness, adaptability to shifting priorities/deadlines and multi-tasking;
- Requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyse and resolve problems at all levels;
- To quickly identify roadblocks to the project and mechanisms for removing them;
- Able to work within temporary project structures;
- Be able to manage technically complex programs from concept to completion, achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction;
- Establish budget and monitoring;
- Establish measures, reviews, attendees, escalation criteria and structure;
- Ensure Gardner project management systems are used on all projects.
