The role
As a cover supervisor you will be working in a secondary school and leading the lesson in the absence of the class teacher. You will be covering lessons in lots of different subjects but you are not expected the specialise in them. You should have strong behaviour management skills to keep the students on track and you will answer questions and support the children in any way you can. We work with several schools in Northampton who are in need of supply for day to day and also long term. If you think you can manage a class of up to 30 children and lead different subjects in confidence, apply now!
