1st Year - Basic Salary + Commissions (OTE £20,000 - £25,000)

Paviour Property Services brings to the market an exciting array of freehold and leasehold businesses on behalf of our clients who wish to sell. Businesses we offer range from Cafes & Restaurants to Dry Cleaners & Launderettes, Hotels, Hair & Beauty Salons, Take Aways and Pubs to MOT centres, and that s naming just a few. We sell throughout England, with most businesses being situated within London and the Home Counties.
It s doubtful the ideal applicant we seek will have experience in our business or even know much about what a Business Transfer Negotiator is or does? That is not important. We are looking for the right person to welcome as a Trainee into our Head Office in Leigh-on-Sea. What is important however, is you will be proactive, self-motivated, ambitious, reliable, determined, enthusiastic and organised with an excellent telephone manner.
Paviour Property Services wants you to succeed. We will assist you with full training, guidance, development and ongoing support. This is unlike other Negotiator roles.
This is an interesting and rare opportunity.
Although mildly compared to the role of an Estate Agent, you would be selling businesses. The role also differs as it is office-based, with most clients dealt with over the phone, so no driving license is required, and you will not have to work Saturdays.
You will be responsible for a wide variety of duties and procedures that assist the company grow in a target driven but fair environment.
Responsibilities
- Registering buyers details
- Answering inbound calls - dealing with enquiries via phone and email
- Arranging appointments between sellers and buyers
- Following up appointments gaining feedback for clients
- Contact potential vendors to inform them about our services
- Advertising businesses throughout various websites and portals
- Dealing with offers and negotiations
- Preparing sales letters, referencing buyers Administration duties
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- Preferably some experience in a similar environment however if you are the right person, we will consider fully training you after an initial trial period
- Able to understand and use a simple database and telephone system (e.g. CRM software)
- Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects, clients and applicants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
