The role would suit applicants who truly care about product and customer experience. Product Administrators, customer service or after sales administrators are encouraged to apply. Applicants with a background in manufacturing will have a considerable advantage. You must be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

The role itself is varied and will primarily involve administrative product support, product engagement and tracking product success. You will maintain digital and physical filing systems for product development, project timelines and product performance. You will assist with developing precise product specifications aligned with customer and market requirements. Analysing market trends and competitor activity will be big part of your role. You will support with end to end New Production Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This will help you to gain a full insight into launch strategy and execution. In time you will be able to increase your responsibilities and take full ownership of products or process improvements. As part of your role, you will track product KPIs and maintain records of progress and action any changes necessary.

In this role, you will build skills in technical support and learn how to deal with queries to inform product improvement, assist with exhibitions and trade show and build understanding of pricing strategies.
