Responsibilities:
- Sales: Engage in field sales practices, making sales on behalf of your clients by interacting with members of the public.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other sales representatives to refine sales pitches and tailor them to different customers.
- Brand Awareness: Increase client brand awareness by communicating the benefits of their products or services to potential customers.
- Knowledge Sharing: Attend meetings to stay updated on product/service information, ensuring you can confidently answer customer questions about pricing, benefits, and statistics.
- Client Representation: Wear client-branded accessories to clearly represent the brand and establish trust with customers.
- Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer journey and fostering customer retention and referrals.
- Meetings and Events: Attend daily office meetings and participate in optional events such as workshops, social/team-building nights, award ceremonies, and networking events.
