Graduate Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Junior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for dealing with customer questions handling sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries & specifications along with day-to-day customer support.
This would suit a mechanical engineering graduate looking for a technical sales or solutions focused position, or with prior customer service or sales experience with a mechanical engineering qualification.

Role Handling sales enquiries, managing tenders, technical queries & specifications along with day-to-day customer support.
Selling a range of fluid handling equipment, including Valves, Fittings, Regulators, Hoses, Filters, Instrumentation, and Measurement Devices.
Resolve technical issues and advise customers of the options available to solve their problems.
Being responsible for accepting calls from customers and building relationships with existing and new clients.
Liaising with various engineering departments, including the external sales team and the manufacturing team.
Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls from customers across the UK.
Commutable to their offices located near Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas such as Kings Langley, St Albans and Watford.
Requirements This would suit a mechanical engineering graduate looking for a technical sales or solutions focused position
Any experience in customer service, sales advisor, sales, business development, etc would be beneficial
Hold an HNC, HND or Degree Qualified in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Must hold a Full UK Driving license and commutable to their offices located near Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas such as Kings Langley, St Albans, Luton and Watford.
