Gain wider experience of our products by learning about our approach to quality and sustainability.Operations Stream:As part of our integrated operations business, encounter our best-in-class port operations and logistics, storage and warehousing, as well as capital engineering, process improvement, projects and systems. Hone your environmental expertise and develop your knowledge of Health and Safety.About YouTo join us on our Graduate Development Programme, you will need to be a graduate from a relevant area of academic study, such as Finance or Investment, Economics, Agricultural Science, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics or Engineering or similarly suitable degrees.In addition, you will need:- An understanding of what is required to work within a Commercial Trading & Integrated Operations Business- The desire to build a career with us after the graduate programme- To be a good team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills and strong IT & systems capabilityIf you have at least one years' experience in a commercial environment, including some exposure to operations, purchasing or sales in an agri-food environment, this may be beneficial to your application.
