Location - Bovington
The role:
- Ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators by arranging and attending scheduled visits, and completing all required documentation.
- Support, motivate, and coach learners throughout their apprenticeship program, ensuring timely completion of all components in accordance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
- Monitor and review learner's progress in line with customer expectations.
- Complete all required documentation to the correct standard and within agreed timelines.
- Provide portfolio-building advice and guidance to learners based on their program requirements.
- Effectively record, plan, and track individual learner progress in accordance with agreed paperwork and reporting processes.
What we need from you:
- Mechanical engineering related qualification level 2
- Some experience in appropriate industry environment
- Stakeholder management
For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
