Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we re looking for a Systems Support Apprentice to provide first-line support to all employees, ensuring the effective use and maintenance of Salesforce platform.

- First-Line Support: Respond to and resolve Salesforce-related queries and issues raised by employees, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic technical issues within the Salesforce platform, escalating more complex issues as needed.
- User Training: Assist in onboarding and training new employees in the effective use of Salesforce features and best practices.
- System Enhancements: Provide input on potential improvements to Salesforce features, reporting, and processes to better support business needs.
- You will have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification
