Our client based in Segensworth, Fareham has an excellent opportunity for someone to start their career and develop skills in a successful sales team. You will be entered in an apprenticeship scheme to gain qualifications as well as earning a good salary and being part of the company annual bonus scheme.
As part of this role you will learn to
- Support the Telesales Manager to lead, plan and implement the domestic sales growth strategy.
- Take responsibility of a data set of lapsed customers to win back and promote additional services.
- Grow and develop new customer base
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
- Complete the apprenticeship training programme with Learning Skills Partnership.
To be considered you will have
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries
- A results-driven approach, focuses on results and critical performance indicators
- Identifies opportunities and is pro-active in putting forward ideas and potential solutions
- Shows by a range of verbal and non-verbal signals that the information being received is understood
- Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective organisational skills
- Evidence of ability to work co-operatively with others to meet tight deadlines
Due to location own transport would be ideal
Working hours
8am - 5pm - Monday to Friday
