Customer Success Executive (SaaS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address day-to-day client queries via phone and email.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their success with the company's software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and helping them maximize the software's value.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions on various software packages to empower clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for technology and its business-transforming potential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proactive approach to customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tech/software products and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
