Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Recently qualified Graduate QS , to carry out QS duties running own projects under Commercial Manager in busy SME specialist contractor.
- Monthly vaualtions,
- S/C payments,
- Project cost to completes,
- Site visits,
- On site measurements and
- Meeting attendance.
Experience:
- Clean driving Licence essential.
- Usual IT formats with competancy in excel, word and email, working within a small dedicated team.
- Training provided in key material and systems,
Position is office based with travel to sites as necessary.
Position is based in Lichfield but site travel across UK.
