An established Construction Consultancy with a great working culture is seeking an intelligent, Graduate Quantity Surveyor eager to kick start their PQS career, based in its central Brighton office.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor s Role
An ideal opportunity for a recent Graduate Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 months work experience to learn pre and post contract services under the tuition of an experienced Partner.
The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work across a mix of bank monitoring and traditional Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent based projects.
The diversity of projects combined with the experience and know-how of the management means this is an ideal environment for progressing the APC and working towards chartership.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor
You must have full, permanent right to work in the UK unfortunately, this client cannot support applicants requiring sponsorship or similar.
You must also have a RICS accredited degree or be about to graduate and be able to demonstrate some relevant work experience within a construction consultancy environment.
- A Quantity Surveying/RICS accredited degree
- Some Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy
- Proactive, personable, hardworking character
- Strong communication skills
- Based in or near to Brighton
- Driving licence and car (to travel to site)
- Keen to achieve MRICS
