Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who after winning a huge amount of work are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team in London.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation. With values from £1m up to £30m.
Duties
- The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation.
- Able to create and follow clearly set-out processes
- Methodical, analytical and organised with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Personable and effective team player
- Open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.
Requirements
- A Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has a degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Management/ Construction
- Someone has the ambitions to progress
