Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming Specialist school in Bury, Prestwich (M25)
Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bury, Prestwich (M25)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: Up to 100 per day
Start Date: ASAP - Potential for Long-Term Placement for the Right Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups.
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Helping students with their classwork and providing additional support where needed.
- Offering encouragement and motivation to students.
What we're looking for:
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting students and experience with working with SEN in some capacity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
- A commitment to providing excellent support to ensure student success.
- Patience and ability to build rapport and work with varying levels of needs
