  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 (desirable but not essential)

What will your role look like?

As the Graduate Housing Assistant, you ll be a vital part of a small, dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm, professional welcome
  • Supporting the housing team with administrative tasks, such as managing appointments, housing enquiries, and maintaining both electronic and paper records
  • Inputting data into Sage 50 Accounts to assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Managing reception duties, ensuring the office is well-organised, welcoming, and efficient
  • Supporting tenants and helping arrange repairs or maintenance for properties
