Job Description:

  • Assist in the delivery of building surveys, inspections, and condition reports.

  • Contribute to dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect diagnosis.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Recent graduate in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Working toward or interest in pursuing RICS accreditation.
  • Strong technical skills and a keen interest in building surveying practices.
