Graduate Building Surveyor - London - up to 30,000 + Benefits - Ref 1727
I am currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to work for the UKs leading specialist advisor and consultancies based in London. Salary up to 30,000 + Benefits depending on skills and experience.
The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for over 200 years. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex projects within the UK and deal with some of the highest profile residential and commercial developers. They employ over 50 people across multiple locations in the UK and are continuously looking to gain an office presence in other cities.
To support the growth of the business and be able to deal with the amount of work they have a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint a Graduate Building Surveyor on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will initially be working underneath several experienced Building Surveyors and Chartered Building Surveyors learning the specialism until you're confident enough to go out on your own.
Ideal Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate
- Confident in front of customers and clients
- Excellent written skills for complex report writing
- Understanding or Law / Architecture / Property Industry / Real Estate / Construction
- Enthusiasm and the willingness to learn and develop
This is an entry role so full training will be provided and therefore would prove to be a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor who wants to learn and be developed by some of the UKs leading professionals within what they do and become a specialist.
