Requirements of the Graduate Building Surveyor:
- Hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
- Ideally you will have some industry exposure via work experience of a year's placement / industry experience
- A flair for professional building surveying (dilapidations, party wall and building surveys)
- Keen to progress with your APC
- Right to work in the UK
