You will be working for a consultancy who are seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Preston team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of l projects, gaining real hands-on experience while being fully supported through your APC.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll work closely with a team of experienced professionals across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including:
Contract administration
Dilapidations
Building surveys
Schedules of condition
Project work and refurbishments
You will need:
A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or close to completion)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and professional attitude
A genuine interest in pursuing chartership (APC)
