My client, based in Letchworth, are currently seeking a
Trainee Powder Coater to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. No previous experience is necessary, all you need is a passion for the industry, and showcase a willingness to learn.
The pay rate for this position is £11.50 per hour (increase after successfully passing probation period)
The hours/shift pattern for this role is Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm & Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Duties of a Trainee Powder Coater (FULL TRAINING GIVEN): - Prepare parts before finishing process
- Using cleaning baths
- Inspecting material to ensure a good finish
- Keeping area's clean and tidy
- Keeping on top of your Time Management
What's needed as a Trainee Powder Coater: - Must be 18+ years of age
- Showcase a strong desire to work within the Powder Coating industry
- Ability to listen to instructions well
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive working attitude
- Flexible
