As a Procurement Graduate, you ll play a key role in supporting the purchasing and stock management processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You ll learn how to manage supplier relationships, maintain stock levels, and ensure products arrive on time and within budget.

We re looking for ambition, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in how materials and products flow through a business.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the team with producing and managing purchase orders

  • Learning how to create kit lists for production jobs

  • Assisting with goods receipt processes, paperwork, and supplier documentation

  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best cost and quality outcomes

  • Helping maintain supplier records and documentation traceability

  • Monitoring stock levels and learning to use business systems such as Sage

  • Supporting scheduling of parts to meet production and customer deadlines

  • Working with various departments (engineering, stores, accounts) to ensure smooth operations

What We re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with suppliers and internal teams

  • A keen interest in how businesses source, manage, and deliver materials or products

  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets or ERP systems (training provided)

  • A proactive mindset with a desire to develop a career in procurement
