My client, a well-established independent Planning Consultancy, is looking for a Dynamic Town Planner to join team in Greater Manchester. Furthermore, they specialise in a wide variety of sectors providing tailored planning advice across presidential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Position as a Town Planner
- Manage a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals.
- Conduct site appraisals and planning policy research.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver project goals.
- Prepare detailed planning statements, reports, and supporting documents.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for complex planning projects.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (working towards)
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
- Demonstrable previous experience.
- Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
