You ll gain first-hand experience in everything from domestic installations to large-scale commercial systems, complex industrial projects, and specialised electrical systems within the water industry. This role provides hands-on training while working towards an NVQ in Electrical Installation through a leading apprenticeship provider.
What You ll Do: As a Trainee Electrician/Apprentice, you will:
- Work alongside qualified electricians, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across residential, commercial, industrial, and water industry sites.
- Gain experience in running cables, installing sockets and lighting, and performing fault-finding and testing tasks.
- Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Develop a deep understanding of electrical safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Attend day-release training at local colleges in Guildford, Bracknell, or Newbury, supported by your team to ensure your success.
