A manufacturer of fully equipped control panels, relay panels, replacement panel front etc, based in Witham are looking for a Trainee Panel Wirer to join their busy team.
We are looking for someone who has used hand tools with good mechanical skills. This role is suited to a trainee who has those skills already.
The salary is up to 26,000 per annum (depending on experience), working 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am till 12.30pm Fridays.
Trainee Panel Wirer duties:-
- Working from engineering drawings
- Mechanical fitting & wiring of varying panel sizes
- Utilising mechanical skills and hand tools
- Wiring looms/cable harness and relays
Experience needed for this Trainee Panel Wirer role:-
- Full training will be given for trainees with a mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools
- knowledge of wiring would be useful but not essential
- Some electrical qualifications would be an advantage
- Industrial background preferred
