Key Responsibilities:
- Handling general enquiries and applicant registrations
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Scheduling property valuations
- Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
- Carrying out tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
- Preparing tenancy documentation
- Assisting with property sales negotiations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Additional Information:
This position includes Saturday working, with a day off during the week every other week.
