Job Title: Trainee CNC Programmer
Location: Near Downham Market
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients team as a Trainee CNC Programmer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in CNC programming, with training provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the programming and operation of CNC machines.
- Learn to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
- Working with production teams to ensure efficiency and precision in manufacturing processes.
- Support machine setup, tool selection, and testing.
- Perform quality checks and ensure all work meets company standards.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Good IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Production and CNC experience preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for those with the right potential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
