About the Role As a Trainee Machine Setter, you ll work alongside experienced professionals to develop the skills required to operate and maintain manufacturing machines. You ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth production processes, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Operate and maintain manufacturing machines under supervision during training.
- Monitor product quality, ensuring it meets required standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and processes.
