What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment and secure repeat business.
- Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers at their workplace to ensure continuous progress is being made.
- Assist in on boarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentice's overall learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but we offer full training to exceptional candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
