About the Role:
Our client, a respected Civil Engineering contractor, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Civil Engineering Graduate to join their dynamic site team in the Leicester area. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop practical, hands-on experience across a variety of exciting civil engineering projects in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with site teams as well as senior engineers and project managers, gaining valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of construction sites while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quality control and site inspections
  • Conduct site visits and surveys
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
  • Support in the preparation and review of project documentation and reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
  • A solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles
