This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected company whose reputation for delivering quality projects exceed them. They typically work on New Build, Refurbishment projects between 1m - 15m across Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
The successful Trainee Estimator will be joining during an exciting period of growth, with the company currently seeing once of the strongest years to date in terms of project wins and company turnover, and with continued growth plans there will be opportunities for fast-track progression.
About the Trainee Estimator role
My client works across a diverse project portfolio so you would get exposure to a plethora of difference projects. As a Trainee Estimator you will work closely with a Senior Estimator helping to tender work for the region.
Requirements for Trainee Estimator role
- Educated to degree/OND/HND level or equivalent in quantity surveying or construction related field.
- Some experience in civil engineering, quantity surveying or cost estimation
- Computer literacy, including MS office software
- Driven, hardworking with an ability to use own initiative
- Organised, analytical and accurate
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
What we offer for the Trainee Estimator role
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 + Benefits DOE (may pay more for exceptional candidates)
