What you'll be doing as the graduate engineer:
- Ensuring a clear understanding of the job requirements to make sure the project is delivered to the correct standard and quality.
- Making sure all mandatory documentation is prepared and signed off (RAMS, Permit to Work, Technical Validations, Change Management, etc.)
- Scheduling work in conjunction with site and 3rd party contractors
- Taking ownership of specific tasks as directed
- Ensuring RAMS are obtained and reviewed from 3rd party suppliers ahead of the commencement of the works.
- Making sure all relevant parties have been communicated to and are aware of upcoming tasks.
- Collecting verification data following the completion of tasks as required.
- Raising any change management controls that may be required.
- Supervising contractors to ensure all site rules and permit controls are adhered to.
What you will need:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Experience from a year-in-industry, industrial placement, or post-studies is desirable.
- A full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
