A well-established architectural and steel manufacturer in Bishops Stortford is looking for a trainee welder to join their team!
This company based in Bishops Stortford is looking to expand their team due to continued growth within the business. We are looking for someone who is keen to start their career in an engineering/fabrication workshop.
As a trainee you will assist the fabricators and will be given on the job training. Duties will include material sawing, punching and drilling.
The right applicant will also have the opportunity to be sent to college to obtain a City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 Welding skills qualification. This will either be on a day release or during the evening.
They are offering a salary of 9.00 per hour. The working hours are 07:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
This company offer 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. If successful you will also be enrolled into the company pension scheme.
