Key Duties
Complete a structured training programme to develop felt roofing skills.
Work at heights safely and follow all health and safety procedures.
Progress from in-house training to practical on-site experience.
Continuously develop skills throughout the trainee period.
Requirements
Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade.
Able to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.
Full UK driving licence.
No previous experience required.
