Role:
A recruitment consultant is a sales role. You will have to make cold call after cold call in order to close deals in order to hit your targets. You will need to win business from new clients, and source your candidates by head-hunting. You will have to be good at sales and building rapport.

Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- A 2:1 or above in any discipline OR at least six months in direct sales. i.e telesales
- Money motivated
