eXede is supporting one of the UK's leading training providers who are seeking a Water Processing Trainer / Assessor to support their adult learners in York and Derby. All travel and accommodation is paid for by the company and the option of a company car.

Start Date and Duration: ASAP permanent role

Job Role: Delivering to our Apprenticeship Cohorts, in Network, Leakage and Treatment. Delivering Water Process training to our L3 Water Process Technician apprenticeship groups. There are number of different pathways on offer Network technician, Leakage technician and Treatment technician.

Location: York & Derby

Hours: full time

Salary: Up to £37,000 + a £3750 Car allowence (or a company car)

Person spec:

Level 3 Diploma in Water Treatment or Networks.
At least 5 years industry experience in water processing either Network, Treatment or Leakage, ideally more than one.
A good understanding of the Water Process Technician apprenticeship standard programme.
Minimum Award in Education and Training (Certificate although the Diploma is preferred).
Minimum Level 3 Assessor Award qualification (IQA qualification preferred).
Full UK driving licence.
Level 2 Mathematics and English.
Computer literacy e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
A passion for training.
Extremely high professional standards.
An understanding of the Education Inspection Framework 2019.
Confident.
Self-motivated.
Able to engage with all types of stakeholders.
Highly organised and able to multitask.
People orientated and approachable.
Excellent at presenting and assessing learning.
Professionally presented.
Willing to work away from home occasionally.
Training colleagues/employees.

Developing training resources to a high standard.You will receive:

31 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays rising to 33 days after 2 years and 3 days over Christmas
