Trainee Recruitment consultants receive:
A starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with subsequent annual rise.
Generous and uncapped commission structure - you receive a percentage of the fees charged to clients for the placements you make. The more revenue you bring in, the bigger the percentage you get. You can expect to be doubling your salary by the end of the first year and see it steadily increase from there in the coming years.

Brilliant training from day one, and throughout your career. The role - You'll receive excellent training as you develop into a Delivery Consultant, a role which focuses on sourcing IT candidates for client's vacancies. Day-to-day duties include:
Advertising vacancies by creating compelling recruitment advertisements and placing them on a wide range of websites.
Utilising LinkedIn and other social media to search for, source and message potential candidates for the vacancies you are working on.
CV Searching using the Langham Candidate Database and a variety of online CV databases (TotalJobs, CV Library etc…) to search for and approach relevant job seekers.
Briefing candidates on our clients, their vacancies and the skills required.
Matchmaking by assessing candidate suitability for your vacancies and arriving at a shortlist of candidates to send to our clients.
Managing the recruitment process by arranging interviews, preparing and debriefing candidates, sending feedback, managing job offers and making placements.
Becoming an expert in the IT recruitment sector by learning about the skills and technologies our clients are hiring for, sector trends, availability of skills etc…
Relationship Management with key stakeholders e.g. candidates, clients, line managers, their team and support services, HR Departments etc… About You:
12 months experience of working in a customer service / advisor / sales based role or similar
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Super organised, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work quickly and effectively to demanding deadlines - prepared to work outside the standard "9-5" when necessary
Able to demonstrate a motivated, resilient and positive personality at interview.
