Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Bolton - to 25k basic + commission
We're looking for someone who is ready to start their career in agency recruitment.
Working with a small team recruiting within a niche construction sector. Placing construction professionals into new roles. A fabulous career with lovely people and a great career development plan for you to progress and enjoy your work whilst earning really well. OTE is dependent on your success but realistically you'll be earning in the 30's if you're on track in Year one and more in Year two.
It's a nice small office so happy, positive people who work well in teams is important!
It's an entry level recruitment role so expect training, lots of learng, lots of mistake making and lots of guidance. You're not going to be given lots of autonomy until you know what you're doing!
What do you need?
You need to be very confident and very articulate over the phone. Happy to do sales call. Happy to have tricky conversations as well as good ones. Able to write well to put together job adverts, client emails etc.
You need to be ambitious! Want to be better than good. Want to be successful and to win!
You need to be very resilient and able to brush off rejection as well as celebrate success with pride in your work
Empathy to remember you're dealing with people's livelihoods!
You NEED to be able to drive and have a car to get to work.
Experience working to targets in a sales role is essential - ideally in an office based role although we could look at field sales or estate agency or car sales as long as you're happy to be office based and have pro-actively hit targets thorugh outreach.
