My client is an award winning International Recruitment Consultancy formed in 2003. Based in Newcastle, they are a completely privately owned business focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment across some 30 countries. They are looking to hire a number of trainee/graduate recruitment consultants to start in the new year.

The Role of an Entry Level Recruiter

A typical day as an entry level recruiter consultant will consist of;

Cold calling to win new business

Writing adverts

Screening CV's

Interviewing candidates

Negotiating terms of business

Maintain successful client relationships

Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month!

The Reward for an Entry Level Recruiter :-

£24k Salary


Uncapped Commission (The commission structure is very competitive offering an initial set fee per placement of £250, typically you will be making 4-5 deals when you first join. This then rises to a percentage scale when you are promoted.)


The opportunity to relocate to either New York or Singapore in the future

Previous Successful Entry Level Recruiter Candidates have been:

  • Educated individuals (preferably degree level, experience would be favourable but not essential)
  • Confident communicators, with the ability to build rapport over the phone

  • Personable with the ability to work well in a team environment
