Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Industrial Division based in Birmingham.
Pure Staff opened in 2009 as specialists in the Industrial and HGV recruitment sectors, the company has grown year on year since the company was founded in 2009. Due to the growth of the business, we are now looking for an additional Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work in our Birmingham office.
What does a 360-recruitment consultant's job involve day to day?
- Sales to new and existing customers
- Customer service
- Placing adverts to attract candidates
- Prioritise day to day tasks
- Interviewing candidates
- Good communication between your team and customers
- On call duties outside of working hours (once training is complete)

Trainee Recruitment Consultants are expected to work 42.5 hours per week between the hours of 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday with 1 hour's lunch per day.
Please also note that now is a good time to join us as Pure Staff are currently trialling a new 9 Day fortnight working pattern meaning all staff enjoy every other Friday off work! While this is not yet a contractual benefit and the trial may be deemed unsuccessful, we do hope to make this new working pattern a permanent one in order to help improve the work life balance of all Pure Staff employees!
Please note all consultants will need to be flexible towards working hours due to the nature of the job. Salary for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is 23,028.20 basic plus monthly commission following a successful probation period in your first year! Progression and salary increase over time can lead OTE of 30k+.
